"Wealth-check" valuations
The fee depends on the size of your property. To make it easy to calculate, the cost is based on the number of bedrooms in your home. The term “bedroom” means any room which an estate agent would normally describe as a bedroom, regardless of its current use.

"Bespoke" valuations
Detailed valuation of items or house contents for insurance, inheritance tax or family division. Including digital photographs and a copy of your valuation on CD. (Please note if there are more than 3 items to be valued then this would fall into our standard minimum call out fee of 2 hours)

Jewellery Valuations
